The Refund and Returns Policy:
We take great pride on the items we sell and its quality. Please note, due to the nature of the products, Cheeky Recovery Pty. Ltd. does not accept returns. Please carefully review the goods and ask as many questions as possible to decide the goods are appropriate for you before proceeding with your final purchase. Cheeky Recovery does not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind, made a wrong selection or found the goods cheaper elsewhere. If you have a faulty item then please email us at: info@cheekyrecovery.com.au with order number and we will do our best to find a solution for you. If a refund /exchange is warranted once item is inspected, the refund will be made in store credit form, towards your next purchase.
Shopping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Cheeky Recovery Pty. Ltd. The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping.
After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within 2 days. We will contact you for some reason if there are any delays.
3. Shipment Locations
Cheeky Recovery Pty. Ltd. does not ship internationally at this time. We ship domestic only – anywhere in Australia.
4. Shipment rates and delivery estimates
(a) Express Shipping
The order will arrive within 1-3 business days approximately.
Express Shipping costs may vary, please contact us for a quote to your location.
(b) Standard Shipping
The order will arrive within 3-7 days business days approximately.
Standard Shipping costs $12.00.
Note: Subject to placing your order before 12 noon Mon-Fri.
4.1. Please note:
(a) Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.
(b) Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
(c) Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
(d) Products may be delivered in separate shipments.
(e) When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery Date:
(i) Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to leave our distribution centre and arrive at the local delivery carrier.
(ii) Weight factor: Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
(f) Due to Public Holidays, strikes, energy blackouts, or events beyond our control, packages to and from our facility in Sydney (NSW) may be delayed. We appreciate your patience during this time.
(g) We will not be responsible for wrong shipping address if you provide incorrect information.
(h) If you are sending your order to a patient in hospital, please ensure that all the details are accurate and that the patient is still going to be there within the specified delivery time. If you are sending your Cheeky Recovery purchase to someone staying in a hotel, please ensure you have the correct Hotel address and room number so we can deliver to the person in Recovery with seamless effort. Please take care to enter all delivery details correctly. Incorrect information can result in delays in delivery. You agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our contract, and does not entitle you to cancel an order. If Cheeky Recovery Pty. Ltd. is charged a re-delivery fee by one of our couriers because of inaccurate delivery details or if a patient has been discharged from the hospital, or checked out from hotel, that charge will be passed onto you. Feel free to contact Cheeky Recovery Pty. Ltd. to provide delivery tracking in case a parcel is taking unusual time in arriving.

5. Tracking Options
5.1. Domestic Only
All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking.
6. Damages or Faulty Products
If there is any damage to the packaging or product on delivery, contact us immediately at
info@cheekyrecovery.com.au.
7. Missing or Lost Package
There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a deliver exception. We’ve found that, more often that not, the package is either in the building or with a neighbour. Cheeky Recovery Pty. Ltd. politely requests that customers look in common areas before starying a claim.
8. Fee Refunds
For any approved refunds a 15% fee will apply.
Prices
Cheeky Recovery Pty. Ltd. prices and shipping are in Australian Dollars and Inclusive of G.S.T.
Prices online are exclusive of delivery charges Except for purchases over $120 which are free of shipping.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
If you are entitled to a refund under ACL, your refund will be issued depending on your original payment method for the goods and a 20% admin fee will be charged.

In making a purchase, browsing or using Cheeky Recovery Pty. Ltd. website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this agreement.
