Use this pack to help relieve:

When heated, the Cheeky Cleavage Pad can be applied to the perineal area during the second stage of labour to help reduce the risk of perineal trauma.

When cooled, the pad delivers soothing relief to tender, swollen, or irritated tissue after childbirth.

Instructions for Use

Cold Therapy

• Place the pad without the disposable sleeve in the freezer for approximately 2 hours,
  or

• Submerge in icy water until the desired temperature is reached.

Heat Therapy

• Submerge the pad without the disposable sleeve in hot water until warm,
  or

• Microwave one pad at a time using the guidelines below.

Heat in 5-second increments until comfortable.
Do not exceed 20 seconds total.

Microwave Heating Times

• 700W: 16 seconds

• 1000W: 13 seconds

• 1200W: 11 seconds

Always test the temperature on your hand before use. Massage the pad gently to distribute the gel beads evenly.

Slip the pad into the protective washable sleeve and place it directly on the treatment area.
Use for no more than 15 minutes at a time.
Allow skin to return to normal temperature before reapplying.

Use with a Breast Pump

After heating, wrap the Cheeky Breast Pads around the breast pump shield while expressing.
Limit use to 15 minutes per session.

Cleaning & Storage

• Clean before each use with alcohol wipes, antibacterial soap, or mild detergent

• Store in an airtight plastic bag at room temperature (20–22°C), away from direct sunlight, or in the freezer

• Reusable up to 300 times

Important Safety Information – Read Before Use

• Do not heat pads for more than 20 seconds total

• Always test temperature before applying to skin or breasts

• Do not use for longer than 15 minutes at a time

• Do not fall asleep while using the pads

• Use for external, adult use only

• Keep out of reach of children and do not use on infants

• Avoid use on open wounds, numb skin, or highly sensitive skin

• Do not puncture the pad or ingest contents

• Discard immediately if the pad leaks or becomes damaged
